eNterpriseEKG

The eNterpriseEKG report, provides great insight to the assessment takers group and compares your outcome to over 5,000 other organizations who have taken the same assessment. 

A Report Card is generated based on three critical organizational areas: Strategy, Design, and Culture.

The Report Card is an outcome of the assessment taken by the leaders and associates within the organization. The report is designed to reflect the performance areas that associates have identified as having the greatest impact on the organizational. And, the report card is compared to over 5,000 organizations who have taken the same assessment. 

SO HOW DOES YOUR REPORT CARD COMPARE

Output from this report, can assist in pinpointing areas you can celebrate, and areas you may need to pay more attention.  The statement section includes:  

  • Aggregate frequency detail answers, by level, and by statement, in the center of the page.
  • The positive score measure to the right, displays the positivity of each assessment taker, by statement.
  • The standard deviations at the statement, and key component areas, identify alignment or polarity between the assessment takers.
  • Further, a key component score barometer is provided in the top left-hand corner of each section.

The statement output report is a wealth of insight.

DISC

DISC is a behavioral profiling system which measures the energy you are putting into dominating problems, influencing people, steadying the environment, and complying to rules and details. DISC shares information about our favorite topic – us! It is also a quick and easy assessment, and the model is easy to recall, non-threatening, makes authentic sharing easy.

The behaviors measured with DISC are Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Conscientiousness. Each individual participant’s results will be posted on a DISC graph which is contained in detailed DISC report. The graph is divided into the four quadrants, just like the graph you see here. The quadrants are defined by openness and directness.

MOTIVATORS

Motivators reveals WHY someone behaves as they do, revealing the WHY in human behavior. DISC, on the other hand, describes HOW someone will behave. Being able to measure and understand both the HOW and WHY of human behavior is vital to build top-performing teams, optimize employee performance, inform hiring & selection decisions, resolve values-based sources of collaborative dysfunction, and develop self-aware leaders. Motivators measures seven different human motivations: Aesthetic, Economic, Individualistic, Power, Altruistic, Regulatory and Theoretical.
