DISC Assessment

DISC is a behavioral profiling system which measures the energy you are putting into dominating problems, influencing people, steadying the environment, and complying to rules and details. DISC shares information about our favorite topic – us! It is also a quick and easy assessment, and the model is easy to recall, non-threatening, makes authentic sharing easy.

DISC can be used for a variety of applications; sales training, communication management, performance evaluations, and customer service training, just to name a few.

The DISC model focuses on patterns of external, observable behaviors using the scales of directness and openness each style exhibits. The Four Basic DISCstyles Overview section of this report provides a summary of the styles. 

The behaviors measured with DISC are Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Conscientiousness.  Each individual participant’s results will be posted on a DISC graph which is contained in detailed DISC report.  The graph is divided into the four quadrants, just like the graph seen on the right. The quadrants are defined by openness and directness.
